Foundation

A stable foundation is the basis of every house.

We place great importance on clean execution and work with different methods and materials to ensure an absolutely level base.

We recommend a customer-provided concrete slab. Alternatively, a gravel-split foundation can also be used.

Transport

Our houses are delivered from Europe to Mallorca and transported directly to your home from our logistics center.

Whether to the mountains or to the 5th floor – we ensure smooth delivery.

Assembly

Assembly is the most important step towards your finished house.

Thanks to our many years of experience in Mallorca, we work reliably, precisely and with proven materials. Each component is carefully installed to guarantee you a durable and flawless home.

Coating

The coating protects your house permanently against weather and sun.

We offer a selection of different colours and carry out professional coating.

To ensure durability, we recommend repainting the house at least every two years – more frequently in case of strong sun exposure.

Floor of your choice

As standard, we install a robust approx. 18 mm tongue-and-groove wooden floor in all houses.

On request, we can also lay laminate or vinyl, which extends the lifespan of the wooden floor and improves insulation.

Windows & Doors

Depending on the model, windows made of insulated glass, float glass or acrylic glass are installed.

If desired, we can add additional windows or doors at any time – even after the construction work has been completed.

Bathroom

We focus on customised solutions: walls, doors and windows are installed individually according to requirements.
