The website mini-casa.com is for informational and presentation purposes only, showcasing models of prefabricated wooden houses. No direct sales are carried out through this website.

 

2. Individual Contracting

Any purchase of a product is carried out solely on an individual and personal basis, following direct contact between the customer and Mini-Casa.

 

3. Prices and Quotations

The prices shown on the website:

 

  • By default include Mini-Casa installation and transport.

  • Where applicable, prices without installation and/or without materials are also displayed and clearly labeled.

  • Permits, technical projects and administrative fees are not included unless expressly stated.

 

4. Transport and Assembly

By default, installation and transport are included in the displayed price. If the customer selects an option without installation and/or without materials, the corresponding price will be clearly distinguished on the product page.

 

5. Returns

Due to the nature of the products, which are manufactured to order, no returns or withdrawals are accepted once the contract has been concluded.

 

6. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits (building permits, etc.) prior to installation.

 

7. Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Spain.
